Bu Kullanım Şartları, TreeDoctor AI uygulamasını ve web sitesini ("Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmeti kullanmayın.
Önemli — Sorumluluk Reddi: TreeDoctor AI bir karar destek aracıdır, profesyonel tarımsal danışmanlık veya arborist hizmeti değildir. Sağladığı teşhis ve öneriler tahmine dayalıdır ve hatalı olabilir. Budama, ilaçlama veya tedavi uygulamadan önce kendi değerlendirmenizi yapın, ürün etiketlerine ve yerel mevzuata uyun; tereddüt durumunda bir uzmana danışın. Önerilere dayanarak yaptığınız işlemlerden doğan sonuçlardan siz sorumlusunuz.
1. Hesap
Hizmeti kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz.
2. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
- Hizmeti yalnızca yasalara uygun amaçlarla kullanırsınız.
- Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapmaya, aşırı yük bindirmeye veya başkalarının erişimini engellemeye çalışmazsınız.
- Size ait olmayan veya hak ihlali oluşturan içerik yüklemezsiniz.
3. İçeriğiniz
Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve girdiğiniz veriler size aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için (örneğin fotoğrafınızı işleyip size sonuç döndürmek için) bu içeriği işlememize izin verirsiniz. İçeriğinizin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.
4. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Hizmet ücretsiz bir kademe ve ücretli abonelik planları (Grower, Professional) sunar. Mobil abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden, web abonelikleri Stripe üzerinden işlenir. Abonelikler, mağaza/sağlayıcı kuralları uyarınca dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenebilir; yenilemeyi ilgili mağaza veya hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler ilgili mağaza/sağlayıcının politikalarına tabidir.
5. İş Ortağı (Affiliate) Bağlantıları
Hizmet, ürün önerilerinde harici satıcılara giden iş ortağı bağlantıları içerebilir. Bu bağlantılardan yapılan satın almalardan komisyon kazanabiliriz. Bu, sizin için ek maliyet oluşturmaz ve önerilerimizin yansızlığını etkilemez.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Hizmetin kendisi, markası, logosu, yazılımı ve içeriği TreeDoctor AI'ya aittir ve telif/marka haklarıyla korunur. Bunları izinsiz kopyalayamaz veya kullanamazsınız.
7. Garanti Reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu sürece" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir sonucu garanti ettiğine dair açık veya zımni hiçbir taahhütte bulunmayız.
8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, TreeDoctor AI; Hizmetin kullanımından veya önerilere dayanılarak yapılan işlemlerden (örneğin ürün kaybı, ağaç hasarı, dolaylı veya arızi zararlar) doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler ve Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde sizi bilgilendiririz. Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TreeDoctor AI app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important — Disclaimer: TreeDoctor AI is a decision-support tool, not professional agricultural consulting or arborist service. Its diagnoses and recommendations are estimates and may be wrong. Before pruning, spraying or treating, use your own judgment, follow product labels and local regulations, and consult an expert when in doubt. You are responsible for any actions you take based on the recommendations.
1. Account
You may need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
2. Acceptable Use
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- You will not reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to disrupt others' access to the Service.
- You will not upload content that you do not own or that infringes others' rights.
3. Your Content
Photos you upload and data you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to process this content so we can provide the Service (for example, to analyze your photo and return a result). Processing of your content is governed by the Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Grower, Professional). Mobile subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play; web subscriptions via Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each period per store/provider rules; you can cancel renewal in the relevant store or account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant store/provider.
5. Affiliate Links
The Service may include affiliate links to external retailers in product suggestions. We may earn a commission from purchases made through these links. This adds no cost to you and does not affect the impartiality of our recommendations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service itself, including its brand, logo, software and content, belongs to TreeDoctor AI and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or will achieve any particular result.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeDoctor AI shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Service or from actions taken based on its recommendations (for example, crop loss, tree damage, indirect or incidental damages).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
10. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
