Hesap ve Veri Silme

TreeDoctor AI

TreeDoctor AI hesabınızı ve onunla ilişkili tüm verileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. İki yolunuz var:

Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilir)

  1. TreeDoctor AI uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın.
  2. Üst menüden (bahçeler ekranı) "Hesabımı sil" seçeneğine dokunun.
  3. Açılan onay penceresini onaylayın.
  4. Hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir ve oturumunuz kapatılır.

Yöntem 2 — E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden siteyazar@gmail.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusuyla yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.

Hangi veriler silinir?
  • Hesabınız ve profil bilginiz (e-posta dahil)
  • Eklediğiniz tüm ağaçlar ve bahçeler
  • Tüm taramalarınız, yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve analiz sonuçları
  • Kullanım ve abonelik kayıtlarınız

Saklama

Silme işleminden sonra verileriniz sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Yalnızca yasal yükümlülükler (örneğin muhasebe/ödeme kayıtları) gerektirdiğinde sınırlı veriler zorunlu süre boyunca tutulabilir; bu süre sonunda bunlar da silinir. Ödeme kayıtları ilgili mağaza/ödeme sağlayıcısının (Apple, Google, Stripe) politikalarına da tabidir.

Account & Data Deletion

TreeDoctor AI

You can delete your TreeDoctor AI account and all associated data at any time. You have two options:

Option 1 — From within the app (recommended)

  1. Open the TreeDoctor AI app and sign in.
  2. From the top menu (orchards screen), tap "Delete my account".
  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.
  4. Your account and all your data are permanently deleted and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email siteyazar@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted?
  • Your account and profile information (including email)
  • All trees and orchards you added
  • All your scans, uploaded photos and analysis results
  • Your usage and subscription records

Retention

After deletion, your data is removed from our systems. Only where legal obligations require it (e.g. accounting/payment records) may limited data be retained for the mandatory period, after which it too is deleted. Payment records are also subject to the policies of the relevant store/payment provider (Apple, Google, Stripe).
